Boyd: Welcome everybody to the Certification Coaching QandA Webinar January 2016! Along with me today are Alicia Scott, Chandra Stephenson, and Laureen Jandroep. I’m your host, Boyd Michael Staszewski. We want to welcome everybody for being with us. If this is your first time, we’re going to go over quickly some of the things that we’re going to be doing this evening, or the morning, or the afternoon, or wherever you may be in your time zone.

This Month’s Q and A Webinar Agenda: 90-120 minutes

Basically, the first thing we want to say is we start with an introduction, which is where we’re at right now. Where everybody is from? I think we found that out. We’re going to hear about our recent CCO graduates, announcements about our upcoming courses.

Then we’re going to have some Q & A from our instructors, Alicia, Chandra, and Laureen are going to be answering questions throughout the webinar, but you can see there under heading II, that’s the questions that they’re going to be handling. Then, we’re going to close up around 90 minutes from now, and we’re going to do a certificate download link for the webinar and also a drawing for what we’ll about here in a second, what that looks like.
