Hello, and welcome to the next video in a series of tutorials brought to you by Yellow Pages United, all about claiming and editing your BizYellow business page.

In the last video, we showed you how to view and manage your messages on BizYellow.

In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to view and flag Reviews that have been posted to your BizYellow business page.

Similar to the Messages feature, the Reviews section can be found by clicking either the "View" button to the right, or the Reviews tab on the main navigation bar.

As you can see, new or unread reviews are displayed as numbers in each of these sections. It looks like there is a new review waiting to be read, let's go check it out.

To read the review, simply click on the text and the full review will be displayed. If you would like to reply to the reviewer, simply click the Reply button and enter in your message. Your reply will be displayed directly underneath the review on your business profile page.

This is a nice, positive review, but sometimes people abuse the review section and leave malicious, profane comments. In cases like these, you can easily request that the review be removed by Yellow Pages United by clicking the Request Removal button.

Reviews are removed at the discretion of Yellow Pages United's editorial staff, and will either be approved or denied within 48 hours of making the request.

You can also mark the review as "unread" if you like by clicking the button here.

Reviews give potential customers confidence in your product or service, and are all but essential for businesses these days. Luckily, Yellow Pages United has created a great place for customers to drop by and leave a review; your BizYellow business page.
