copy it on my computer switch tabs here
to keep fit and then enter the link here
by pasting perfect then on the
right-hand side i'm just going to click
on download it will take just second
make sure you want to run on your breath
web browser and just depending on how
long the video is it will take just a
second for keep fit but there we go we
oh we also need to make sure you hit
allow perfect now we just pick the
format which is a by the way
amb is also compatible and known for mp4
so just let me know that's why we're
going to pick mp4 right now so I'm going
to click download mp4 ok I'll take just
a second download and I can click here
and wallah shows up on my quicktime
player there you guys go there's not
