okay gone
I
you
my name is Terry I
Jer I'm so that multiple coal day I'll
consist of greeting clients arm checking
and pets and checking out pets from
are boarding facility um we also
cleaning
and handle and care for the Pats
while they're boarding here I'll I would
say that
um as a killer manager up I would select
higher
training and and manage a
camel employers ok Ill manager
also does so building maintenance works
with
um anything that breaks the commander
make sure that that gets fix
wat reported to the kennel manager Akhil
manager
um what that is how about the scheduling
um worth if somebody needs of there with
their
they're gonna come to me and then and
I'll I'm gonna make sure that happens
for them
on cattle ranchers work just like a
camel technician
word %uh also I myself to an area
you know whether been bathing or like
right now I'm assigned
and I signed my soul to our luxury
boarding facilities all
I'm in charge about a a as well as
making sure everybody else is still
doing their job in there
from there's no
the qualifications for a kennel manager
arm
that a a few you like if you walk in
um with a high school degree and come in
you're probably not gonna become a
kennel manager them the most
important thing and being the kennel
manager
is job experience um well on-the-job
training had the experience in handling
cats and dogs and at dipping on if it's
getting dog only I
other better earnings up might
have other animals but just just
experience handling them
big a kennel manager it because in order
to become a mentor
you have to be able to train them %uh
you have to train people to do your job
so you have to have the knowledge
up although does have all arm I think it
would help to have a business degree or
psychology degree
or degree in animal sciences for for
doing this job
the most valuable work experience
you would need to become a kennel
manager would probably
be to be a kennel technician for some
time
the more you could be a veterinary
technician from some are all sore
the send button there in on to become a
call manager
as part of the job would-be will get no
work with 0
apart a different cat and our
personalities
I i think thats rewarding helping them
to our
sometimes when they're sick to get
better um
I I would say the worst part of the job
would-be %uh I've been working there for
15
years and I've watched a lot of dogs
on grow up and then fun become deceased
I'm also probably at the little worse
for the job would be
hearing %uh injured up
big being scratched by on cats and dogs
and I'm and in 15 years 5 in bit
three times %uh this Maria fun
listen
with I with 12 suggests for being kill
manager
will be um if you're scared of cats and
dogs if have any fear whatsoever
I i wouldn't do it I would do this job
%uh if you're
um if you can get some experience in
that
another piece of advice if you get some
experience for
works 'cause um or a have volunteer work
at that knowing
up clinics um mean can experience with
cats and dogs that mister
you you fact petrone cat and dog but on
being have experience in
%uh with any organization that works
cats and dogs were
veterinary animals with would help
