How to Transfer Music/ Songs from iPhone to Computer | Mac & Windows Tutorial

Hey techies! In this video tutorial I'm going to teach you how to transfer music from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on to your computer. This tutorial works for both mac and windows computers. I called apple to see if there was a simpler way to transfer music, but if you didn't originally buy the music through the apple music store, Apple makes it difficult to transfer the music on purpose. This is the easiest method I found to transfer songs. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

what's up everyone this is JR tech and
then the simple tutorial I'm going to
teach you guys on how to transfer songs
from your iphone onto your computer
so let's get started
now this tutorial works on both windows
and apple computers
out of all the tutorials online I found
this to be the easiest one to transfer
music from your device onto your
computer
I even went as far as calling apple to
see if there's a simpler way of
transferring the music but they told me
I need a third party application in
order to do that
so let's get started the first thing you
need to do is download I explorer
now there's going to be a link down in
the description box below and like I
just mentioned this is also going to
work for Windows and Apple computers so
you don't have to worry about that
besides being able to work on both
operating systems it's also free
software so you can't beat that
after it's done downloading you're just
going to open it up once the application
is open you're gonna want to plug in
your device where you want to answer the
music from now this is going to work for
your iphone ipod or even an ipad after
plugging in your phone you want to go to
left hand column and select media and
then from there you want to locate the
itunes control folder and lastly from
there you wanna look for the music
folder now this is where it stores all
the songs that are on your iPhone iPad
whatever it is all on to these folders i
have around about five and six hundred
songs and within these 50 folders are
all my songs that are on my device
now from here we want to do now is make
it simple for us so we made a music
folder on the desktop and I was going to
drag the folder that's in the
application and dropped into the folder
on the desktop and from right here you
can see right here all my music is
downloading it does take some time and
depends on how many songs you have
so for me about five six hundred songs
it took about two to three minutes
the last and final step is the just open
up itunes and from here you want to drag
the music the it stayed on your folder
from the desktop and then drag and drop
that into your itunes and from here to
an automatically download the songs in
that folder so it's going to download
the songs the artist names all the
information about that song and store it
into itunes in there you go
