restore point on disk whether it's a

then we'll just open VM explore for
exchange and automatically mount your
exchange database so i received a very
important email from one of my
colleagues last night that I
subsequently deleted after seeing the
from address now unfortunately for me
this one really was important so I need
to jump in and restore it I remember the
email having to do with Atlanta so i'll
type that into the search box and begin
parsing through i'm getting quite a few
results now related to Atlanta including
emails contacts and calendar items maybe
I should narrow this down a bit i can
choose the advanced find option to set
some additional criteria related to
certain fields for instance this email
was marked for high importance remember
that you can select more than one set of
criteria to get even more granular
so in my house last night I also seem to
have accidentally knew my entire inbox
for this restore will browse to my inbox
directly and choose all of my email
let's look at some of our restore
options we can save the item to the
desktop send it in an email to myself
for a colleague exported to a PST file
in a few seconds or we can simply
restore it directly out to the
production exchange server will choose
the latter option and within a few
seconds we'll start to see my email
restored directly back into my inbox
