net in this tutorial I'll show you three
simple steps that you can take to fix
the arrow transparency in windows 7 and
vista so let's begin as you can see my
transparency is gone so i'll show you
the first thing you need to do right
click on the desktop and click on
personalized now here we select the
default theme to see if you can get it
back I'm double-clicking and it's not
working
see ok now the second thing
is to click on the link where it says
troubleshoot problems with transparency
and other arrow effect now that only
shows up if you have problems with the
transparency so click there and in the
following window click advanced and here
make sure that you have the check mark
where says apply repairs and click Next
is going to detect a problem and
hopefully fix it now here it didn't find
any problem so my arrow still not there
no transparency so i'm going to close
here and try my last thing by clicking
start and type the word service that M
as see services that M as c and click
enter
and here on the services look for
desktop we expand this desktop window
manager session manager right click and
then click on start and hopefully there
you go my arrow came back
