how are you guys good this is a real
great
this is a very different concert film in
that it doesn't have all those concert
movie clichés that you normally say
what
well there's no prayer circle beforehand
oh yeah that's true right
there's no walking down the hallway
making jokes about your joint security
guard
you know there's no you in a hoodie with
the towel after the show so tough being
me
there's no like we got roll off in a
stretcher nothing like that nothing like
that at all this but with this film
could have just been here is a show from
start to finish but it wasn't it tells
the story of fans why make a film like
that i mean i think it's it's one of the
really powerful things about the show is
the message and and the effect that it
has on people that the real effect that
it has on the lives of these fans
instead of bring you know some of those
interstitials into the end of the film
I mean that's what's moving about our
show and what's it like for you when you
make these fans I mean this one
particular that has profound reaction
what's it like when you're meeting these
people passed out i think it's so
wonderful i don't know I it's hard to
describe because you know like imagine
you meeting somebody that like tells you
all about like how they related to you
and I mean I understand because I'm on
television but you know like she gets to
like look I have no memory made of the
same thing when people but it's just
like know it feels really cool is it
although that they approach you as if
you were your character um no I get it
it's like I would do the same with Kelly
Kapowski
yeah it's the same thing right and you
know she is your like about Kelly
capacity
she's from the same about you know look
I grew up in a different country and how
do you know how to say about the bell
because that was the movie to go that's
the sugar from showgirls in that right
yeah yeah it's like a legal in Australia
know I was a teenage boy short girls
were small my thing that the the side by
the belt yeah but yeah anyway I don't
know I know what you're saying
I've they're obviously long days you're
doing a school year shows you're
obviously very very tired
what's it like though the moment the
house lights go down its we're still
screaming
yeah we're like would walk off state
like yeah those gonna show ever it's
magic like it something happens to you
and at the beginning of every show
it's like you know you bring the whole
day I bring the whole day and I was
dealing with this and I was on the phone
about that and I was didn't sleep but
not about the food was whatever and all
this life stuff and before the show
starts just it goes away and it because
you're in front of that many people its
many scenic but all the people in the
audience yeah like I'm being really
selfish right now and i love you guys
because you're the one you put like
they're the ones that are here for us so
it's like selfish when you get on that
stage and you're thinking about your day
I like no no it's about them because
they really really want to see you do
everything that you doing this on the
show what happened this part . to show
the way you're not onstage for so a
matter of time what what goes on when
you're backstage like Twitter video game
video games and game video game there's
actually three songs we had 33 songs in
a row off and we would all run back to
our dressing room sweating profusely and
play NBA this video game on the xbox
seriously and like this big television
and aggressive and they had no seriously
they brought this rig that's like huge
video game television rigged in our
dressing room and the fluid places right
and so we would be able to run back to
the room for website 20 minutes probably
drive 20 minutes in between and playing
like TV networks 25,000 people upstairs
if I fast people upstairs we're playing
xbox beneath the stage it still have not
even kidding Michael yeah thanks
that's what that is in one great got the
surgery and concert movie where that
happens where he's got a whole pantech
trailer with pinball machines in it
though I come on we're going onstage and
retailers like on the high school
100,000 people in the studio but it's
amazing out this film there's a great
question that really ties it all
together not only the three main stories
of the fans but there's a this house
clean changed you
question now besides professionally
which is fairly obvious you achieved
everything you probably wanted to how
has it changed you mean it humbled me a
lot
I'm that and you know it made me realize
that I have a responsibility being in
this one at this level is on this
platform of media attention you know
that I feel like I have a responsibility
to to bring certain things out to the
media you know such as you know things
that things that matter you know things
that charities causes things like that
you know advocating for people who you
know are not as fortunate for example
you know because I kind of got to do
that stuff that's how I feel anyway
that's cool
the the film has a profound message of
your ok it's ok
was there a point in your life where
someone might be coming up to you and
said look it's okay you're just fine the
way I think that's something that like
you kind of discover yourself just like
they did like well they didn't make
better the show help there they yeah but
really your character prove things that
like we do every day that's kind of like
where the message comes in like you kind
of just figured out like everyday you
know you go through those like faces and
you're like oh my god I had to do that
to figure that out and so what about
yourself
I don't know i was i I feel like I had a
very kind of lost childhood i feel like
i just recently figured out that I was
okay you know
yeah so I I feel like that's kind of
what another beauty of being on the show
is being able to tell people you know
you're fine just the way you are you
know doesn't matter if you're if you
straight or gay or black or white or
whatever you great you know and that's
that's pretty amazing to be able to do
that we're on the cusp of another season
and australia is just nuts for it so
we've gotta know what can we expect from
the third season I know you know very
little yourself but you have any inkling
I've heard it's going to be back to
basics you know back to a very
traditional idea of glee a lot less i
think less guest stars more focused on
the central cast members and I think
friend Brittany are gonna go to
Australia and you know josho start you
know like learning how to do kangaroo
hops Andrews fair enough kangaroos
alright as you do and but you've gotta
you gotta pick a graduation so if you
could be anything what would you like to
be done
that's what those of the Green Bay's the
time of your life
yeah that's kind of the graduating that
everybody's graduates everybody's good
as it's gonna be so you did just remind
me there was always kind of taken aback
a little surprised by how sexy the film
go
yeah me too i was responsible for that I
wanted to go away
Wow theater I was like I was like it
feels fun when you're doing you know
like I'm like enjoying myself as an
artist like I'm like this is a good time
onstage like I'm in my own is also yeah
in three day lucky
yeah I well here's the thing i love
those one particular thing where you
know you don't worry much it's all very
3d and you walk away from the camera I'm
like well if I look that good like that
I would want to be 40 feet high on
straight walking away from the camera
all the time all the time
that's the only do you see with me
