Windows 7 / 8 Shutdown, Restart, Lock & Sleep Shortcuts

Right click a blank area on your desktop. Scroll down to New and scroll over to Shortcut.
Next place the command you want create in the Create Shortcut box.
Click Next and title the shortcut click Finish.
Done.

Shutdown:
Shutdown.exe -s -t 00

Restart:
Shutdown.exe -r -t 00

Lock:
Rundll32.exe User32.dll,LockWorkStation

Sleep:
rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0

Standby (Flashing power button):
Open a command prompt (admin) window
Type or copy and paste powercfg -hibernate off and press enter. Close the command prompt window.

drag the shortcuts to your taskbar and

it for shut down your place this into
their it's a shutdown on exe
- s space - t 00 all the shortcuts will

shortcut and i will name it shut down

now you can click right click the
shortcut and click properties and I go
change icon and then select this icon
here and click apply and then click ok
and you can drag the button down to here
or you can just leave it on your desktop

now the next one we're going to create
is the restart shortcut and again you
paste the this command into their then
click next and then give it a name we
start
click finish and then give it an icon if
you choose to
and the next one will be creating his
lock workstation or lock the computer
so again you go and create a new
shortcut paste the command in there
click Next and then title the shortcut
and the last one are doing is sleep
so again you short cut paste the command
and then title it and click finish and
there you go now you have all your shut
down or power settings arm and shortcuts
that you can either pick here . the
taskbar or leave on your desktop in some
area maybe in the corner or somewhere on
your desktop all the shortcuts will be
in the video description and there will
be also text instructions in the video
