video tutorials
open the program and let's start a new
collection click on the create new
button
there are two main options option 1
generating a new template
for the database to use the database
location enter the database file name:
and the name of your collection
choose your collection type and click on
the Create button
your database is ready or you can use

I am browsing some of the available

let's start a new handbook
in by clicking on download and create

sample items
this view is called a list it looks like
a customizable table
you can drag and drop columns and change
their order
or signs using the right mouse button
customers are able to show and hide
database fields
now let's switch to the car
its few in the cards for you items are
displayed in customizable blocks
called cards this is a default card
layout but customers can set up
any card layouts I am opening my
collection of minerals
too so more card examples that I
prepared some time ago
you can see there are custom cards
using the scale too but

enough space for the item's title here
so let's make these cards look better I
am opening cards manager
this is my custom card layout called

I am clicking on the edit button to
start editing

I am selecting the Title field and now I
am resizing the space
for the Title field on the right side I
can set various properties for the
selected field
I am changing the font size and color
and I am saving
the card layout let's see how it looks

using the small down arrow I am choosing
my card one layout
now the title fits inside the available
area and is a brown color
let's turn on the details to you here we
can see
item details containing all data and
zoomed images
from the left side of the main window

of categories I am selecting a new
category
now I can see all items
arranged industry when I am choosing one
of the tree branches
I am able to see items from this

I can added any item by double clicking
on it
inside the tree card or list views let's
add one more item to the collection
by clicking on the Add button I am
entering the title
quantity price country and other
information
now I am adding a new image
here isn't image editor that I can use
by double-clicking on my photo
I can do various changes without using
the external editor
let's crop are image by selecting its
area
in clicking on the crop button
the new item is ready
here is one more view called statistic
using the statistic manager I can set up
new statistics for my collection
now I am deleting one at the statistics
fields
customers can choose colors drawing
styles
size and the names of the fields results
editing are immediately displayed in the
main window

I will show you how to customize the
details view I will move the price field
to the header now click on manager to
start the customization
there are places for all database fields
you can change the display in position

displaying format for each field
you can hide or show the field name

for future use and for quickly changing
layouts

choosing cards
report wizard the card contains one or
more images

text fields

block up data
I am selecting the block with the
correct layout to meet my requirements
