people new networks your network is your

your circle and you meet new people you
know when you're selling a house you're
allowing people don't know to come into
your home allowing this unknown element
into your house and reliable access to
an hour that you don't allow just anyone
you don't open the door and they were

mean you might do that and they were

agent you kind of saying I'm going to

entrepreneur to open up other businesses

I think I think they didn't like the
house for sale but they're still there
they're still in the process of getting
it getting everything in order so I
definitely definitely going to the
helping them in their their search for
their home so it's exciting
another client is why I like working in
this neighborhood and a matter of them
because that's where I am and I am not
really moving fast start getting angry
you you know who you are and this is my
blocks that have been have trees like
that some trees overhanging the road but
yeah really really nice houses down the

the kind of house I just moved away from

potential client was just leaving work
is a local local business owner and his
bank told them that he couldn't they
couldn't let alone that he could they
couldn't get a house for what he was
looking for for what he be pre-approved
for you know I have nothing against
banks because we need them by smaller
banks banks that are that's what they
specialize in writing mortgage loans I
mean that's the way to go you know I
find that too much more receptive them
back so they get to you there at the
texting another big thing for me you
know they they get back to me which is
important just met a guy with a nice
and he's coming from all the talk
business and he owns a company that
painting gots and I know some people who
only got so again
networking like I said earlier today and
that's the way to go is highly important
don't be too closed off her clothes
minded as so focused on what you doing
at the moment
don't be so focused on the task but be
aware you know be aware and alert of
what's going on around you and you can
get some leads and customers and maybe
some different church in the bottom
right back to the right
alright I'm about half a mile from my
house I mean if you don't run what are

I mean I pretty much ran that with
little to no effort and I mean really
you can't get off the couch and ron is
so simple but I'm gonna come down
take the high ground and just try to
motivate alright
