Xpert-Timer Long Description:
Xpert Timer is a project management software which can help you keep an accurate track of the time spent for each and every activity by all the members of a team. It's now U3 compatible!
As we all know, projects can turn from complicated to ultra complicated, interpolated; members of a team can sometimes be borrowed by other teams for specific tasks and so on.
Now here's a program you can put to good use and configure the way you want to. You can create complex projects containing an unlimited number of tasks and assign the tasks to members of your staff. The good thing is that even if a project is under way, you can add a new user to the crew.
The program is highly customizable: add/remove users and project types, protect everything with passwords, grant rights for each and every user, create and save project templates for later use. Detailed information about your projects can be displayed in the 'Statistic Mode' of the program, where you can see everything related to projects, time, costs, assigned users, etc. All the data can be exported in CSV or XLS file format. You can also set to view a time-bar and a to-do list on top of your desktop. Projects can be quickly closed by checking them in the to-do list.
The interface is well designed and very easy to use; you can customize it by using one of the six themes available. The program can be protected from damage or data loss by using its backup feature. Backups can be created manually or according to a schedule.
