I've had no luck with this software

I've had no luck with this software... audio and video do not synch and after several attempts to adjust the frame rate at support's suggestion, still no luck. The trial version was too limited to fully evaluate the product before purchasing and a refund does not look promising. Guess I'm out $29...buyer beware.
