Mortgage Calculator enables users to calculate conventional and interest-only mortgages using the same intuitive tools. See the full payment plan for the period of the loan. In addition, the program supports adjustable rate mortgages and provides information on annual percentage rates with respect to the closing payments made by the borrower.
