FreeLinksManager is the most downloaded linkexchange software. Very easy to install: Since it is written in PHP, all you need to do is unzip the files and place them in a folder on your site. FreeLinksManager will create a link directory with a click, then you can generates potential link partners from web directories or search engines based on the url you specify and sends "personalized" reciprocal link invitations to potential partners. With a click you can add potential partners to your directory and monitor the sites you've sent requests and advise you if your link appears. If after some time your link request isn't acknowledged, you can delete the entry from your directory. Detail:
a) Generate link exchange directory with a click.
a) Automatically crawl the URL you specify for details of potential link partners.
b) Send personalized reciprocal link request emails.
c) Regenerate your link directory with the links you found.
d) Send email notification when a link partner agree to link to you.
e) If after some time your link request isn't acknowledged, you can delete the entry from your directory.

Installation:
