The Excel invoice template is a simple to use and complete customer invoicing and inventory management system. The Excel invoice template stores and manages invoices, products and customers and performs advanced invoice sales reporting and inventory monitoring.

The Excel invoice template provides a control panel to establish predefined content for the invoice template and facilitate efficient customer invoice management. Products, customers and orders can be quickly and easily accessed, added, modified and removed. Previously saved invoices can be located using a filter screen by customer, product and date and loaded into the invoice template for viewing or modification.

Verification is performed when saving customer, product and invoice details to update or add records appropriately. Customer and product lists can be imported and exported in flexible text formats to enable integration of the invoicing system with existing CRM or inventory management systems.

Invoices can be printed or export to new workbooks and XML files for further analysis, processing or integration. Product inventory stock levels are automatically adjusted as new invoices are created and existing invoice orders are modified. The portability and integration features allow the Excel invoice template to be used as an enterprise mobile sales force invoicing solution.

The sales reporting between two dates analyzes product and customer profitability and performance with ranking options and breakdowns for revenue, shipping and sales tax. Detailed analysis by customer and product is enabled through snapshot reporting options.

Additional options for the Excel invoice template include product attribute loading to invoice items, shipping slip transport and packaging purposes and customization of content and styles to match business requirements.
