No particular IT skills are required for operators/employees to run the cyber club, centre or café business. Cybercafe SurfShop Pro control features include operator accounts for the server; power ON (WoL required) or OFF all stations from the server; prepaid, post-paid, pin-codes + login accounts for users; OS + website restrictions; control user downloads; clean between sessions of user profiles/data (Internet Messengers profiles, auto-complete entries...); tracking of pages printed; usage tracking of game consoles; canteen (PoS) facility to sell drinks and food; no loss of session information on power cut or crash; session swap between stations; detailed reporting, statistics + graphs, per day, month, operator.
